Raised in the Nant Gwynant valley at the foot of Yr Wyddfa, Gwenno Llwyd Till is a filmmaker, photographer, and artist based in North Wales. She combines her technical expertise—earned through a first-class BA in Film and Television from the University of the Arts London—with a deep connection to the landscapes, language, and culture of her home.

Specializing in storytelling through short films, music videos, and portrait photography, and crafting visuals that resonate with intention and intimacy, her work often reflects her Welsh identity, exploring themes of hiraeth, community, and belonging in a way that feels both personal and universal.

Gwenno has collaborated with a range of clients, creating original content for platforms like S4C’s Lŵp, I Ka Ching Records, Hansh, and The National Eisteddfod. She has worked with musicians and artists such as Al Lewis, Mared Williams, and Talulah, and has supported professional projects for organizations like Cwmpas and the Social Business Awards Wales. Her approach ensures that each project tells a story that resonates and inspires, highlighting the unique narratives and voices of those she collaborates with.

Through ArchifThe Welsh Artists Archive, an ongoing social documentary photography project, she aims to highlight the stories of underrepresented artists in North Wales. By sharing photographic essays, interviews, and short films, the project not only celebrates the region’s vibrant creativity but also fosters connections within the arts community, making the arts feel more inclusive and accessible.

Working independently, Gwenno provides a full-service approach tailored to each project, from concept development to filming and post-production. She collaborates closely with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life, creating work that feels thoughtful, personal, and impactful. Whether it’s telling an artist’s story, documenting a community, or crafting a music video, Gwenno’s focus is always on creating visuals that leave a lasting impression.
